1. What do you love most?
Simply put, it’s a showstopper. When our clients first walk in, they either stop dead in their tracks or audibly gasp… or both. It’s just such a powerful selling tool because when you walk in, you intuitively “get it”. You can see everything available in one spot, which makes the selection process so much more fun and engaging. When our clients walk out after picking everything out, they walk out knowing exactly what they’re home is going to look and feel like, as well as what the total cost is going to be. It has really served our mission well of providing peace of mind.
2. What is one thing that is special about your studio in your marketplace?
When we opened Inspirations by Verity, no other builder in the state had anything close to it. We’ve seen other builders now trying to catch up and duplicate what we’ve done, but we still feel like we’ve got the best space, designed with a clear intention of making the process flow seamlessly from selection to selection. Nobody else has as many pre-priced options available as we do, which again delivers that peace of mind and transparency that sets our whole customer experience apart.
3. How is the customer experience different now in the new studio?
The immediate feedback from our clients who’ve gone through the process in our new studio has been all positive. The surveys we send out at closing and months out also demonstrate what a valuable tool Inspirations has become. There are fewer surprises, fewer questions and fewer misunderstandings as a result of being able to complete such an immersive and complete selections process all in one beautiful space.
4. How has the studio had a surprising impact?

5. What results have you seen?
Recently, we had a client who went through all the initial steps of planning a new build with us saying he wanted only standards options throughout. After his selections appointment, he ended up adding approximately, $37,000 in upgrades as a result of Inspirations. We anticipate that to become the trend more than the exception. We just partnered with a new real estate brokerage firm and welcomed them into the Verity team with a social hour at Inspirations’. It was immediately clear in their reactions to walking through the space that they were excited at the prospect of becoming experts at selling new construction. In our market, inspiring the realtor community to get educated on new construction has been a tough task. Having a design studio like inspirations’ is going to make their jobs easier and expand our reach within the market.
6. How have you leveraged your design studio to increase home sales or bolster your brand image?
We just begun adding Inspirations by Verity to our weekly open house schedule, offering the community a chance to come walk through the space in a no stress atmosphere. We are also continuing to brainstorm ideas for hosting events and opening up the space to others in the community to use as a way to expose more people to our brand and our product. Finally, we are planning an on-going social media campaign touting our national award winning studio as a way to differentiate ourselves from the local competition.
