1. What do you love most?
I love that our studio is on the cutting edge. Our experienced staff stays current on design trends. We offer our buyers the most up-to-date materials, styles, and finishes so they can personalize their dream home.
2. What is one thing that is special about your studio in your marketplace?
Toll Brothers is the only luxury home builder in the area that offers a Design Studio of this caliber. Our buyers can personalize every single detail of their home.
3. What results have you seen in the customer experience now compared to before the studio opened?
The Design Studio offers the convenience of one-stop shopping for our buyers. We have staged vignettes of kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. Plus, buyers can see, touch and feel a variety of cabinets, tile, flooring and so much more. Buyers no longer have to spend hours in the car traveling from model to model for ideas.
4. How has the studio had a surprising impact?
We underestimated the impact of the interactive spaces in the Design Studio. Our buyers love them and tell the staff they are easy to use!
5. How have you leveraged your design studio to increase home sales or bolster your brand image?
The Design Studio layout is perfect for hosting events. We invite our prospects, buyers, and agents to the studio regularly. Creating and building a new Design Studio is truly only half of the customer experience equation, the other half is ensuring that the staff understands the retail logic behind the way the Studio was built.
