Her background includes such varied positions as Senior Market Analyst for the prestigious housing market research firm, the William E. Becker Organization; Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the national award-winning merchandising firm The Childs/Dreyfus Group; Rookie of the Year as a New Home Salesperson with K. Hovnanian Companies; and publisher of The New Homes Guide. Jane also functioned as an outsourced Sales and Marketing Consultant for many builders, generating national award winning communities and marketing programs.

Jane is a sought-after lecturer and has been a featured speaker at NAHB’s International Builder Show for over 12 years, and has spoken at virtually every major industry conference/event, including the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the Southeast Builders Conference, the Midwest Builders Conference, the Atlantic Builders Conference, Builder Magazine’s Big Builder Conference, the National Kitchen and Bath Associations’ KBIS Conference, the Presidential Conference, SMA’s Best Practices Management Summit, and many more.
