Another national award-winning studio, this one for a public builder in Charlotte, NC. Prospective and current buyers walk into the builder’s corporate office, and then through a Design Studio entrance door which opens to the pathway shown here with a straight-on view to this 22′ exterior facade. The blue sky, green grass, and other innovative touches create the feeling of being outdoors. Then when you open the front door in this facade, you step into a welcome lounge that looks like a living room, and see a full-scale high end kitchen vignette. WOW!!
